Yoga Asana Sequence

Monday to Friday - Time: 20 Minutes

Beginning

  • Drink two glasses of water
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Sit in a comfortable position with eyes closed
  • Do a prayer / gratitude practice
  • Touch forehead to ground (respect to teachers & earth)
  • Practice Cat & Cow pose with breathing

End

  • Lie down in Shavasana
  • Get up from right side
  • Sit quietly observing your breath
  • End with a prayer
  • Express gratitude to teachers & mother earth
